Saltwater Kitchen sits above the cliff path in Hermanus, with a menu built around the day's catch from Gansbaai and vegetables from Overberg farms. Chef Andile Mthembu cooks simply: good fish, a hot pan, and not much in the way.
We are open for lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, with a shorter menu on the deck in whale season. Book for dinner; lunch usually has space.
We also cater small functions and can close the deck for parties of up to forty.
